BUYING GUIDE:
Overlap or Shiplap / Tongue & Groove (T&G) cladding?
The Overlap cladding design is suited to the smaller budget and is still a reliable design although the overlap structure does not have the same water resistance as tongue and groove or shiplap cladded options. This does not mean that you will encounter wood rot with an overlap design, just that you have greater protection through the other cladding options. Overlap planks tend to be unplaned and rougher to the touch – offering a more rustic look and feel.
Each overlap board has square cut edges and is ‘overlapped’ onto the adjacent edge of the next board. The boards are then nailed to vertical bearers. This is an economical method of manufacture as the boards need minimal preparation.
A Shiplap or Tongue and Groove cladded shed on the otherhand is constructed from machine cut interlocking planks using a tongue and groove profile, making the structure more rigid, having less gaps and a smooth finish. Ultimately the interlocking timber offers greater water protection, durability, longevity and stability over an overlap cladded unit. Recommended if you have the extra money to purchase this type of shed design. Its worth noting; Shiplap constructed units tend to last longer than an Overlap constructed unit due to the improved water protection qualities it offers.
All cladding types can be painted or stained as desired.

The specialist palletised carriers call / text our customers before the scheduled delivery to book the delivery. Please ensure a valid daytime contact number is supplied at checkout. The carriers number may appear as withheld and they do not always leave an answer phone message. The carriers will provide you with an ETA as soon as their schedules have been routed.

Refused Deliveries:
Items delivered to the address provided at time of checkout (or in writing) but returned to us as “refused” or “no longer required” may be chargeable at the cost of returning the item back to us and deducted from the refund. Charge is subject to delivery service used to deliver the consignment. Customers are liable for additional postage and packaging costs.
International Buyers:
We will suggest availability and approximate delivery times to your postal address when you contact us for a shipping quote.
IMPORTANT:
Overseas customers may be liable to pay duty taxes prior to receiving your goods by your Countries Customs & Excise. Please contact your local authorities for further information before ordering.
RETURNS TERMS & CONDITIONS:
We accept returns within 7 Days of receipt. Please read below.
Goods must be in fully resalable, unassembled condition (as delivered) to qualify for a collection for refund. No assembly or preperation (painting etc) having been attempted and the complete product is in its original sealed packaging.
As per the instructions manual, please ensure that the contents and parts are checked thoroughly against the parts list detailed within the instructions manual, prior to assembly. In the unlikely event parts are discovered missing, damaged or defective, please notify us in writing immediately. Assembly should not be attempted until all parts are available.
Our descriptions are supplied by the brand and/or the manufacturer of the goods. We endeavour to include as much detail where possible including relevant photos, measurements and customer feedback in our descriptions. Should you have any queries or concerns over information we provide, please contact us before placing an order.
A Returns Reference Number (RRN) is required. Goods can not be refunded or exchanged without a unique RRN.
In the event the item needs to be returned, customers are liable for additional carriage and packaging costs for items found unsuitable. Goods are the responsibility of the customer until they are collected by our designated carrier. A collection will be organised by ourselves or the designated carrier.
Please Note: A typical palettised delivery within UK Mainland costs from £40.00 + VAT. Customers are responsible for returns until they have been collected safely. Refunds or exchanges can not be processed until the item has been safely returned to us in fully resalable condition.
Faulty, Damaged or Missing Components:
As per the instructions manual, please ensure that the contents and parts are checked thoroughly against the parts list detailed within the instructions manual, prior to assembly. In the unlikely event parts are discovered missing, damaged or defective, please notify us in writing immediately. Assembly should not be attempted until all parts are available.
Should your item be received damaged, faulty or has missing components, we must be notified in writing within 48 hours of receipt. Please email us through eBay messages.
We recommend that customers thoroughly inspect the outer parcel upon receipt and before signing for the goods. Only sign for the goods if satisfied the packaging looks in undamaged condition. If the item packaging arrives damaged, please sign for the item ‘received damaged’ and notify us immediately if the contents have been affected.
We may request photos of the damage or fault in order to process a claim with the courier company and/or our supplier.
Refused Deliveries:
