We only accept Payment in advance through PayPal.

Payment on invoice ,credit card, bank transfer or cash on delivery is not possible.

We differ between:

• buy it now offers: these items are postage free within the UK

• auctions

Everybody wants to save money. At best pack everything into one package. We would be pleased if we could do so. Unfortunately this is not always possible because of the following reasons:

• The package would exceed the permitted total weight or the maximum size that can be handled by the package machines of DPD and DHL

• The item is already packed in several packages

• The goods are stored in different warehouses in Germany and therefore they can not be combined

If you want to know if a combined shipment can be offered for your purchase, please contact us via an ebay message.

Unfortunately it is not possible to offer an individual postage.

It does not matter if you pay through PayPal or bank transfer. We dispatch the goods after we have received the payment. Please note that this can be delayed because of the weekend or legal (German) holidays.

There are 4 different delivery time categories:

• Buy it now: 3 – 5 business days* after the receipt of payment

• 5 – 6 business days* after the receipt of payment

We do not offer an express delivery.

Invoice:

Of course you will receive a VAT invoice from us.
You will receive it together with the tracking information as download link within 24h after you have paid, in a seperate message. (Please always check your spam folder)

Please contact us back if you do not receive the message within the mentioned time. It could be that your payment was not assigned automatically from our system. Please provide us with the PayPal transaction code OR the name of the account holder and the exact reference, depending on the used payment method.

Dispatch:

We always dispatch after we have received the payment.

You can track the order within:

• 2 business days for buy it now orders

• 2 – 4 business days for orders placed through auctions

Due to logistical reasons we do not offer a sheduled dispatch.

Packstation:
We do not ship to Packstaions. Please always provide us with an alternative delivery address during the ebay payment procedure.

Island delivery:
We only ship to the mainland of England and Wales. In some cases we can also arrange a shipment to other parts of the UK. If you are interested in one of our items, but should not live in one the mentioned areas, please kindly contact us before purchasing/bidding on our items. We kindly check if a shipment is possible.

Personal collection:
We have several Warehouses throughout Germany. These are not open for foreigners due to safety reasons.
Therefore we do not offer a personal collection of our goods.

Showroom:
We only sell online. A viewing of the goods is not possible.

Waste electrical and electronic devices must not be disposed with unsorted waste but with the separated collection of the not separated municipal solid waste.

You may dispose the electrical or electronic devices by the local waste disposal and return systems.
Used batteries and accumulators, which are not enclosed by the used appliance must be separated from this before the disposal unless the devices are separated – accordingly § 14 Abs. 5 Satz 2 und 3 – for the purpose of recycling.
Please ask your responsible waste management company whether this possibility exists at your closest collection point.

We would like to explicitly point out that you should independently delete your personal data on the electrical or electronic device to be disposed of, otherwise your data could get into the hands of unauthorized persons.

The symbol of the crossed-out dustbin on wheels, as below, points out that the appropriately marked device must not be disposed with the unsorted municipal solid waste, but must be disposed separately.
