100mm x 50mm C24 ceiling binders. 3 of these run from end to end at 1500mm centres.

100mm x 50mm C24 internal stud partition walls.
22mm P5 flooring. As used in new housing.
A breathable membrane fitted to the outside of the building and on the roof. This is BBA certified.
50mm x 25mm treated roof battens fitted vertically on the walls for the cladding and horizontally on the roof for the slates.
Jutland cembrit manmade slates with vented ridge.
Black UPVC fascia . This has over fascia vents fitted to keep a permanent airflow throughout the roof space.
Black plastic guttering and downpipes.
200mm deep Larch featheredge cladding. Heavy duty grade as used on new builds. Fixed with stainless steel screws.
