The Specification Includes:

All buildings come with 4′ DOORS and as many fixed windows in the front that will fit and 1 side opening window. Fixed windows on the front can be upgraded to opening at a extra cost. Extra windows can be added to the gables at an extra cost. (UPVC and Aluminium windows and doors are an optional extra.)

Insulated Roof and Walls – insulated on site with 50mm rock wool insulation

Insulated floor using 50mm celotex

Strong ex. 3″x 2″ CLS framework (64mmx38mm finished size after machining)

Internal vertical clad with 9mm V groove MDF panels spray painted as standard.

NOVIA breather membrane on the outside walls and internal walls have a NOVIA VC200 vapour control layer.

16mm tongue & groove matchboard floor boards (finished size after machining)

Strong ex 3″x 2″ floor joists (68mmx38mm finished size after machining)

A choice of 7 laminate wood floorings, light grey, dark grey or medium brown (can send photos on request)

High Specification Joinery – Mortise and tenon doors and windows which feature draught proofed sealed units – double-glazed

The buildings are factory spray painted to a colour of your choice, with a choice of over 12 colours (colour chart can be sent to you on request). we only use the highest quality paint for the best results and finish to the building. Joinery will be painted inside and out. Although we use primer we cannot guarantee “knots” will not surface through the paint as this is a natural phenomenon and is due to resins in the timber.
